Software Engineer and CS Student

I enjoy understanding how complex systems work. I'm interested in distributed systems, infrastructure, machine learning and software performance.

I currently work on software at Slush. My work spans full-stack systems, especially backend, cloud infrastructure and search. I also like building enjoyable user experiences!

Stuff I have done:

Built a mobile app in high school that got 5k+ downloads
Wrote a short math paper on Arxiv at 17 years old
Built open-source software with over 100 stars on Github
Hosted the first Startup CEO Bootcamp with Mårten Mickos for 12 Startup CEOs (Max Junestrand from Legora was there)
Worked with some of the most promising startups in Finland
3x hackathon winner, including Start Hack in Switzerland, which is one of the largest hackathons in Europe
Volunteered twice at Slush, once leading a team of 50+ other volunteers and making free food at Slush a successful and lasting concept!
Co-founded a microgreens company with my friend during high school
